SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All isopods ship in sphagnum moss. All millipedes and domino roaches ship in sphagnum moss or substrate. All feeder roaches ship with egg crate.
Live Arrival Guarantee with caveats. Shipment must be held at post office OR signed for and DOA reported within 2 hours. Most items packed with overcount to account for in-transit deaths. Shipping in temperatures below 40° or above 90° voids LAG. 
Shipments are sent out on the next Monday or Tuesday after ordering. Please keep in mind temperatures in your region when ordering. Under 50°F or above 85°F is not ideal. Cold and heat packs are available as is insulation for shipping but it can only go so far.
